Rosewood Realty Co. was founded in 2025 by Brandon and Dana Rose — a husband-and-wife team passionate about flipping houses and building strong community ties in Tampa, Florida.

We’re not your typical investors. We get our hands dirty and care about the homes, the neighborhoods, and the people. Our goal? To turn distressed, neglected properties into beautiful, livable homes — while creating solid returns for our investors and real solutions for homeowners.
